Lynette Brown oversees the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.”Being a Patient Coordinator and team leader, has been a truly rewarding role for me. I started working in plastic surgery in 1986 and have extensive knowledge in the field. I love what I do and cannot imagine doing anything else. Being a successful Patient Coordinator takes skill, of course but more importantly it takes being a good listener, being kind and above all else truly compassionate. I take pride in getting to know each and every one of our patients and making each experience unique to their individual needs. It is important to me that the patients feel comfortable to call or come to me anytime they have questions or concerns throughout their surgery experience.”
After 16 years in the plastic surgery field, I have learned that the patient’s experience is the most important part of my job. My philosophy is to strive to always provide a professional and inviting atmosphere where all of our patient’s will experience VIP treatment. I like to focus on making our patients feel comfortable, respected and that they have received the most outstanding service from start to end.
